Beyond The Black

The German Symphonic Metal band “Beyond the Black” was formed in 2014. Their first performance was on the W:O:A stage in 2014. Once enough songs had been recorded for an album, Sascha Paeth (Avantasia) recorded their debut single “Songs of Love and Death”, which entered the German Charts on the 12th position. After various festival and TV-show performances, the second album “Lost in Forever” emerged, which placed in 4th place in the German charts. After the singer Jennifer Haben and the rest of the band announced the separation of the band in 2016, a new Line-Up was formed shortly after, which will be rocking the Full Metal Holiday stage in 2018!

Bonfire

We don’t exactly know if the Bonfire hit „Don’t Touch The Light“ has anything to do with sunburn, but the German Hardrock giants rocks our Beachparty and has much more than this song to give: “Ready 4 Reaction”, “Hard On Me”, “Sweet Obsession”,… The Band with guitar player Hans Zillner produced nothing less than 15 full length albums in their long career. The debut “Don’t Touch The Light” came out in 1986 and the newest album “Byte The Bullet” was released in march 2017. The quintet based in Bavaria conquered Europe, attacked the US, celebrated chart entries and made a lot of musically experiments on their way. They were on odds with each other, reconciled and integrated new musicians to their line up. But one thing never got lost: Good, handmade rock music. That’s why we invited them to Full Metal Holiday.

Burning Witches

Burning Witches are an oldschool heavy metal band from Switzerland and are considered to be one of the country's hottest newcomer. With a contract with Nuclear Blast in their hands and a debut album recorded by Destruction's Schmier and V.O. Pulver, things are looking neat for the girls. If this wasn't praise enough, the band have received the title of best demo record from Germany's Metal Hammer and Rock Hard magazines and singer is often credited to be Rob Halford's lost sister due to her impressive vocal range. As you can see: We are excited to have Burning Witches at Full Metal Holiday!

Nowadays, CrisiX performs on the biggest Metal festivals in the world and has published 3 albums resulting in them being a shooting star in the Spanish metal scene. We are very happy to be welcoming CrisiX on the Full Metal Holiday stage!

Da Rocker und Da Waitler

Da Rocker und Da Waitler from Munich call their style "Authentic Quetschn Crossover", which is a fitting label for this union of punk rock and German folk music. With performances at W:O:A and Full Metal Mountain or opening for bands like Status Quo and Uriah Heep, the two musicians were able to gather a huge fan community around them.

Dirkschneider

We don’t have to introduce this man to you. Every metalhead knows about Udo Dirkschneider or at least about the bands that are heavily influenced by him. He formed the classic Heavy Metal as we know it today significantly with his former band Accept and as lead singer at his own band U.D.O he is touring successfully around the globe. The man in his camouflage suite already earned his place in the metal Hall of Fame. God, “Balls To The Wall” stomps Godzilla-like and hard as “Fast As A Shark” was nothing else when it was released, really nothing! On tour as “Dirkschneider” he honours the classical Accept years with all the Teutonic Steal hits mostly from the Eighties. Those are the riffs that formed our favorite music until today. Headbanging on the beach? Nothing is easier than that!

Doro

Doro is and will always be the true Queen Of Metal. For 30 years the blonde whirlwind from Dusseldorf has been going strong, at first with Snakebite, then with Warlock and after 1989 as a solo artist backed by her band.
Thanks to countless hymns like "All We Are", "F¸r immer" or "We Are The Metalheads" each gig is an uplifting experience, especially since Doro's heart is beating for heavy metal.
We are eagerly looking forward to welcome her at Full Metal Holiday - "Raise Your Fist" for Doro!

Emil Bulls

The Munich based alternative metal band was founded in 1995. The band celebrated it’s breakthrough with their 2001 record „Angel Delivery Service“ which also included the chart breaking single of their cover version of „Take on Me“ (A-ha) which is an inherent part of every live show. Since the early days the band has undergone several musical developments and also the degree of hardness has expanded to full throttle. As you can see and hear Emil Bulls deliver the right mixture to blow the last wrinkles out of your bathing trunks! This fall the Emil Bulls have released their 9th studio album called „Kill Your Demons“ and still are a solid institution on the worldwide festival- and club landscape. We are looking forward to see them at Full Metal Holiday: Destination Mallorca!

Hardbone

Four-four time and beer: Rock’n’Roll doesn’t need much gadgets, if you know how it’s done. Hardbone definitely know how to get the right sound. The Hamburg based band always deliver what every metalhead needs: Down to earth riffs, refrains to clench your fists and a beat that pulls like a tractor. This shocks since there is Rock’n’Roll and it will never die. On already four albums the quintet with lead singer Tim Dammann celebrates this classical school of “Sex, Dirt, Booze and Fun”. That fits to every party and especially to your metal holiday in Mallorca, where we made sure that the beer river never ebbs away. But we are not sure about the consequences of the hops brew for these guys in jeans and leather in the Mediterranean sun…

Kreator

After a whole day full of sun and holiday feeling, you need someone that bursts your mind. That’s why Kreator enter the stage at Full Metal Holiday. The Ruhr-Area-Thrash-Veterans will blow the sand out of our trunks and the straws out of our drinks. And that’s how it has to be. The band with lead singer Mille Petrozza is taking the world by storm since 1982 and made their way to the Thrash Olympus since then. Kreator dominated the German Album Charts easily with their newest album “Gods Of Violence” and we can promise: you will forget about the sunburn in your neck after banging your head to Kreator classics like “Extreme Agression” and “Satan is Real”.

Their 14th record "Kingmaker" has been released in 2016, now it is time to take their music to Full Metal Holiday!

Ross the Boss

There are riffs and songs that belong to metal as shorts and flip flops to the beach. But there are riffs that are made by steel. Those are the Manowar riffs, made by their original guitar player Ross Friedman. The man from New York made his way to the history book of metal with the first six albums of the “True Metal Warriors”. Dragons, swords and martial leather clothes were all inclusive. It all started in the Seventies with the Punk’n’Roll band The Dictators and found it’s temporary highlight with his solo project Ross The Boss where he still hauls the classic headbanger style to the world. If this is too hot for you, go and get yourself a cold drink at the bar!

Skindred

If you doubt whether reggae and metal get along, you are wrong! Since 1998, the UK crossover heroes Skindred have proven that these two genres do indeed add up to something truly special.
Risen from the ashes of Dub War, Skindred have released 6 studio albums, with the latest ìVolumeî entering the UK Charts on the 29th position.
Hits like "Nobody", "Pressure", "Trouble" and many more are integral songs for any metal DJ who knows his craft. Therefore it is only fitting to have them join us for Full Metal Holiday, Europe's hardest club vacation!

Skyline

Everyone that ever sets his foot on the Holy Wacken Ground knows about this band: Skyline have already played at the first edition of the W:O:A in 1990 and are in the meantime the traditional opener for the main stages at the biggest metal festival of the world. Organizer Thomas Jensen played the base in the first years of their appearance. Today the band belongs to the Wacken Family and played alongside legendary guests like Doro, the Queen of Heavy Metal herself. Their set made of classic metal and hardrock songs always works perfectly as opener for the best weekend of the year and that’s why we had to ask them if they are willing to join our Rock’n’Roll trip to Mallorca. “Fear Of The Dark”, “Bark At The Moon” and the Wacken hymn “We Are The Metalheads” always gets the party started, even with sangria.
