Due to the all-inclusive package, there will be no day tickets.

Children of all ages are welcome.

Via the English booking page, you can only book your travel without a flight. For packages including flight please check the German booking page as we only offer flights from Germany, Austria and Switzerland.

As a payment method, payment by bank transfer is generally offered. After the booking you have to pay 25% deposit, the balance is due 30 days before the trip starts.

In general, the option to book with a flight is unfortunately not available for our international customers. If you are, however, interested to start your travel from Germany, Austria or Switzerland, please check the German booking page. In this case, the following airports can be offered:

Hamburg, Hanover, Bremen, Berlin Brandenburg, Leipzig, Düsseldorf, Dortmund, Frankfurt (Main), Stuttgart, Munich, Nuremberg, Karlsruhe, Saarbrucken, Muenster/Osnabruck, Zurich, Salzburg, Vienna

There will be about 25-30 concerts on Stage (Pool-Stage, Beach-Stage). You can find the time of each concert in the Running Order as soon as it’s available.

Drinks consumed after 1am have to be paid directly to the bar staff.

Excursions can be booked on site.

If a friend decides to come with you at short notice, Willst-Du-weg (info@willstduweg.de) is happy to help you with the booking.

Children under 2 years can travel free of charge, children from 2 years up to 6 years pay 449 €, children from 7 years up to 15 years pay 549 €. Prices apply only if 2 persons pay the full price.

Depending on the traffic, the transfer from the airport will take 1 - 1,5 hours.

All rooms have free WIFI access, bathroom with shower, minibar, air conditioning, microwave, telephone, hairdryer and a chargeable safe.

You can book a transfer from the airport to the hotel and back or take rental car if you like. Willst-Du-weg (info@willstduweg.de) is happy to help you with the booking. In case of a package with flight, the transfer is included, and you will get the information with your travel documents. Please note that you have to check the German booking page if you like to book your travel including flight (from a German, Austrian or Swiss airport only). info@willstduweg.de.

You will receive your documents about 10 - 14 days before departure. Due to the high volume, there may be delays in individual cases.

You can eat every meal in the main restaurant, breakfast and dinner in the theme restaurant, lunch in the pizzeria and snacks at the food trucks. The opening hours will be provided on-site.

Willst-Du-weg (info@willstduweg.de) is happy to help you extend your holiday, in advance of the event in the same hotel and after the event in another one.

Since it is a all-inclusive tour, no reduction can be granted.

Yes, there are only a few rooms. Please indicate during the booking if you need one.
